May 2001 was the busiest month for residential sales in Greater Vancouver for over 4 years. June's figures are expected to exceed that. Buyer's recognize that there is a change afoot and with little for sale in key neighbourhoods and less than a 1% rental vacancy rate, expect to see more pressure on prices in the coming months.
